The following bug has been logged on the website:
Bug reference: 17988
Logged by: Matt Hughes
Email address: hughes(dot)matt(at)gmail(dot)com
PostgreSQL version: 14.8
Operating system: OS X
Description:
It seems like the 14.8 upgrade has caused pretty consistent segfaults when
trying to connect to any remote database. I tried re-installing from
Homebrew but not having any luck.
> psql -V
psql (PostgreSQL) 14.8 (Homebrew)
> psql -Uuser -ddb -hremote_host -p5432
