Description:

After installing Postgres on Linux (20.04) I get the following error message
when running: sudo -u postgres psql

Message Error: Can't locate warnings.pm:
/usr/local/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl/5.30.0/warnings.pm: Permissão negada at
/usr/bin/psql line 19. BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at /usr/bin/psql
line 19.
