The following bug has been logged on the website:

Bug reference: 17402
Logged by: Gabríel Arthúr Pétursson
Email address: gabriel(dot)arthur(dot)petursson(at)advania(dot)is
PostgreSQL version: 14.2
Operating system: CentOS 7 & Fedora 35
Description:

In an attempt to upgrade to the new just-released PostgreSQL versions (14.2,
etc.), an invocation of `yum update` fails stating that the RPM packages are
not signed.

CentOS 7:
Package postgresql11-libs-11.15-1PGDG.rhel7.x86_64.rpm is not signed
Package postgresql12-libs-12.10-1PGDG.rhel7.x86_64.rpm is not signed

Fedora 35:
Package postgresql13-13.6-1PGDG.f35.x86_64.rpm is not signed
Package postgresql13-contrib-13.6-1PGDG.f35.x86_64.rpm is not signed
Package postgresql13-libs-13.6-1PGDG.f35.x86_64.rpm is not signed
Package postgresql13-server-13.6-1PGDG.f35.x86_64.rpm is not signed

Chances are that other systems and versions are affected as well.
