Created the table with exact scripts provided and the index size was;

SELECT pg_size_pretty(pg_relation_size('btreeidx'));
386 MB
SELECT pg_size_pretty(pg_relation_size('bloomidx'));
153 MB

So data used for examples were possibly from a different dataset.
