By now, most of the pgsql mailing lists surely have messages
dated later than 31-Dec-1999 ... but you wouldn't know it by
looking at http://www.postgresql.org/lists/mailing-list.html.
I'm guessing the code that adds links to those pages has a
little Y2K bug.
