See subject. If we want to force an initdb to ensure the recent
information_schema updates take effect, we have to do it before beta5
release, I think.

I'm inclined to do it --- I don't get the sense that too many people
have loaded large databases into 7.4 beta installations --- but if
anyone wants to object now is the time.
