This subject (openssl vs readline) has been discussed to death in the
past, with varying opinions --- for example, Red Hat's well-qualified
lawyers think building PG with openssl + readline poses no problem,
Debian's lawyers apparently think otherwise. Please see the archives
before re-opening the topic. And, if you're not a lawyer, it's quite
unlikely you'll bring any new insights.
