Hi,

I wrote a short blog post about installing pgAdmin4 3.0 on RHEL/CentOS 7 and
Fedora 28

https://people.planetpostgresql.org/devrim/index.php?/archives/96-Installing-pgAdmin4-3.X-on-RHEL-CentOS-7-and-Fedora-27.html

Please note that I changed quite a few things in the packaging, so make sure
that you read these instructions before installing/upgrading.

Regards,
