Hi Joshi,

I already found this setting in the Desktop installation. I've got
pgAdmin4 5.4 on my Linux desktop. Here I get a new window every time I
open a new Query Tool.

At the company, I'm running pgAdmin4 (version 5.4) in a docker
installation. I use it with a Chrome browser. In this case, settings for
new tabs/windows are nowhere to be found (see screen shot attached). A
new Query Tools always opens in the same browser tab. This behavior was
introduced with version 5.4, and is quite annoying to me.

Happy computing...
Frank
