The one I found on https://www.postgresql.org/download/linux/redhat/

That page points out
http://yum.postgresql.org/9.4/redhat/rhel-6-x86_64/pgdg-redhat94-9.4-1.noarch.rpm as the latest. Perhaps the download-page need to be updated?
