Last week has released a new minor version of postgresql 9.5_9.5.1
-1.pgdg12.4+1.debian.tar.xz2016-F , now it's the new main version
http://apt.postgresql.org/pub/repos/apt/pool/main/p/postgresql-9.5/

Please try to intall the last stable one.
