libevent-devel 2.0.19..... pgdg94, Centos-6

Hi guys,

Your libevent-devel RPM in Version 2.0.19 of pgdg94 clashes with
contents from the compat-libdevel 1.4 that you submitted recently.

Nice that you dropped in a libevent V2.x for CentOS-6 -- but the
devel-part for libevent should not clash with V1.4 stuff ...
