I have closed the current commit fest.

This doesn't have to mean much yet, except that it's probably time to
stop reviewing and discussing, and instead focus on committing and
polishing what is already committed.

In this commit fest, we have committed 53 out of 112 patches, so that
wasn't so bad. We'll probably add a few more in the next week or two.

As a reminder, feature freeze is planned for April 15th. All patches
should really be in by then or be postponed.
