If you have backup of your contacts in your PC then you can easily recover
them back. For that you can use iTunes or any third party file transfer
software. But if you didn't created backup then i think data recovery
software can help you. Don't write add any new contacts in the list. Use the
software to recover the contacts. From next time remember to keep backup of
