Before the release of 1.18.0, I should have take a look at the status of
each translation. I did that after the release of 1.18.0 and before the
release of 1.18.1. All these files belong to unmaintained translations.
Our policy is to publish only translations that have 85% at the very
least. If you look on http://www.pgadmin.org/translation/status.php,
you'll see that.
BTW, they aren't deleted from the repository (so that if someone wants
to translate them, they don't have to start from the beginning). They're
simply not published with releases.
