Hello guys,
I have a application, using PHP/PDO and postgres 8.4 and recently I started getting the errno 08006, which means connection fail. The thing is that my aplication works fine, even in other hosts, but somewhy, i guess when this one is working hardly, by a little time the database rejects the requests.
I've tuned the postgres.conf, and it improved, but the problem persists.
Could you guys help me to figure out how to solve it?

Erro: SQLSTATE[08006] [7] could not connect to server: Cannot assign requested address
Is the server running on host "8.8.8.2" and accepting
TCP/IP connections on port 5432?
