I get:
SELECT count(*) as cnt, name FRoM tst GROUP BY name HAVING cnt = 1 ;
ERROR: column "cnt" does not exist
LINE 1: ...ount(*) as cnt, name FRoM tst GROUP BY name HAVING cnt = 1 ;
