Please download the RPM from another mirror, or re-download it. I could
not duplicate that error.

I don't plan to upload them somewhere, because:
- They are doing nothing except installing 8.1.5 libpq.so.4(.1)
- We have different SRPMs for different RH/FC releases and I don't see a
need to include those SRPMs in FTP sites.
