"speak" is more than I need. Dreamhost's request ticket system works
okay. I'd be content with email and guaranteed response in 24h.
Nothing I do is terribly important -- I don't want to lose mail (a
grievance I have with DH currently), but otherwise I'm a pretty easy
customer.
