Is there a database file system?
I have a project that needs very advanced permission control like that
offered by Novell NDS. I am wanting to know if anyone knows of a (PHP |
Perl | Samba | SQL ) (object | plug-in | module ) that would allow me to
serve files from a connection that is controlled by permissions stored
in the database?
I really need it for Samba shares and would very much like some WSI that
would allow me to control the permission via web browser.
I know there are projects on the Internet that try to do things like
this but they don't seem to measure up. If you have any recommendations
for this please give URL's.
