Deten el postgresql por si las dudas
/etc/init.d/postgresql stop
borra
/var/lib/postgres/data/postmaster.pid
/etc/init.d/postgresql start
al parecer se detubo mal el postgresql y dejo el archivo con el numero
de proceso grabado
por consecuencia no se puede levantar porque asume que ya esta arriba
