i'm very happily using pgadmin3 on debian linux ...

i have found a couple of problems that you might be interested in.

1) if you change the owner of a table in a drop the drop down list
no change is generated. - however if you modify the comment then both
the owner change the and the comment end up in the sql to be run
(concatenated without whitespace)

2) It is not possible to change the owner of a sequence using the gui?
(at least not as far as i can tell)
