Polygons Utils Contrib

Hi everybody,

i first wants to thanx everybody for the help in the devellopement of
this contrib....

I post it to this ML because i don't know where to put it ...perhaps
someone can tell me how to submit contribs ?....

This one is not under GPL because it is based on GPC :

so the license is "code free for non commercial usage"
but, it has the advantage of providing working polygons functions such
as intersection.

it also replace existing polygons operators.

the contrib code is joined.. it works fine with postgresql 7.2.1
