Jerry,

Actually, the numbering indicates which jvm the jar works for.

the 1.1 works for jdk 1.1, and the 1.2 works for jdk 1.2 and 1.3

but, you should probably get the latest one from jdbc.postgresql.org,
since these jars are quite old
