#48: adminpack shouldn't ask for a specific format of the log_filename

Comment:
Adminpack is a PostgreSQL contrib module, and issues should really be
reported/discussed there.
The reason for the format is to restrict the pg_logdir_ls output to only
postgresql logfiles, when they may be present in directories used for
other logs (consider /var/log). Constructing a filter based on a custom
log_filename GUC is actually pretty hard to do.
