I upgraded my PostgreSQL version to 7.2.2. and noticed the
following problems.

1. It seems that PgAdmin 7.1.0 don't support this version. At
least I don't success to view any DB, table or any data component.

No, pgAdmin 7.1.0 has not been supported for some time.

2. PgAdmin II (for Windows), version 1.2 don't success to view
some data fields that contains date and time.

It shows the following message:

An error has occurred in pgAdmin
II:frmSQLOutput.LoadGrid:
Number: -2147217887
Description: Multiple-step OLE DB operation generated
errors. Check each OLE-DB status value, if available . No work was done.

And stops to query data. The problematic field is of
timestampz type.

Do you know anything about this phenomenon?

Timestamps are often a pain to use, especially in different regional
settings. If you can go to http://cvs.pgadmin.org
<http://cvs.pgadmin.org> and select the Download Tarball link from
inside the binaries folder, can you please install the development
snapshot and try it out. If you can recreate the error, please turn
logging on to Full Debug (Under tools -> Options), restart pgAdmin and
recreate it again, then send the logfiles.

Do you plan to deployment new stable version soon?

Yes, but 99% of the changes are to support PostgreSQL 7.3.
