Hi,
I found a nasty issue with some Microsoft code that seems to be causing this problem (now there's a first ;-) ). I've worked around it and think the fix is good - can you please test it with the binaries from http://cvs.pgadmin.org/ in the binaries folder (instructions in the readme).
Regards, Dave.

Subject: [pgadmin-support] Problem with locale
Hi,
I have installed PGAdmin II on a Win2K Pro, and there was no problem until I have changed locale setting US English to Turkish.
When locale is set to Turkish:
- I can connect to the server (over LAN)
- I can see groups,etc.,
- But if I click on Databases item, it says:
Run-time error '55':
File already open.
I don't know if this is a known issue, if so sorry for inconvenience.
Regards,
Erol Oz
