Does PostgreSql version 7.2.1 for windows support double byte character set?
Regards,
Which PostgreSQL version - cygwin or UltraSql ?
What "double byte character set" means ? UTF8 or UTF16 ?
Cygwin version supports unicode(UTF8), but I think UltraSql is not.
