Looks like you need version 7.0 instead of version 7.0

Hi all,
I'm trying to have postgresql running on my windows 2000.
I got the postgresql-7.0-nt-binaries.tar.gz file and I installed all the
pre-requisites like cygwin and cygwin32_ipc.
When I run the "postgresql.exe -D d:\pgsql\data" command I get the followig
error:
