Hi Frank.
It is Great.!
I tried it.
There are two problems.
1) Font selection is Japanese problem. Or Multi-Byte font.
It seems that this can be avoided with this patch.
2) The input of the Japanese.lng file causes an error.
Some of the characters of Multi-byte cause a problem.
It is troublesome though this is the problem of VisualBasic.

This is not the edition translated specially.!!
It can be expressed perfectly in Japanese.
