Dear Jorgensen.
You should try it again when the parameter of postmaster is checked
or other users may finish using a connection.
postmaster takes out Error Infomation.
If, when it wants to satisfy many requirements, it is max_connection
of postgresql.conf.
But, you must be careful with other resources as well.
Specially, it is shared_buffers.
