zerofill in postgres?

ok, i know that postgres doesn't support "zerofill" as create table option
like mysql, but what can one use in it's place?

or better yet,
can someone post a list of create table options?

ie. things like "varchar, int, unique, primary key etc.

i've yet to find a list like that online
