Hi

How to connect remote Db from win2000 to win98 system on Lan Using PSQL I tried but giving following error

$ psql -h 223.223.0.36
psql: could not connect to server: Connection refused
Is the server running on host 223.223.0.36 and accepting
TCP/IP connections on port 5432?
