How to replicate:

Go to 'save as' in MS Project, press the ODBC button

Define a system datasource using any of the postgresql ODBC
drivers.

Select byte as LO

Fill in relevant fields for the remote database.

Click OK to use and watch it die.

Setting up an odbc interface from Microsoft project to a local machine.
Here are the settings:

Postgres Unicode (beta) 7.03.0100

Options - byte as LO

Crashes on data publish from ms project.

Here's the error:
