You could probably use Crystal Reports, although I have never tried, with
the ODBC
driver for PostgreSQL. It should work.
I've actually used MSAccess as a client to PostgreSQL,
again using the ODBC driver and that worked fine.
So the short answer to your question is to obtain the ODBC driver and give
it shot,
you should find it as straightforward as you would using any other
RDBMS with ODBC.
