Hi,

The problem comes after pgsql is succesfully? installed without
error messages and all other procedures suggested on documentation
are completed in the same form.

At this point, with postmaster running, EVERYBODY can do:

> pgsql -l, obtaining the list of databases
> createuser
> destroyuser
> destroydb
> createdb

It surprises me because i have installed this version on a RedHat 6.1
ann it works whithout any special thing.

What's the problem, if its a problem ?
Bad instalation ?
Is a bug ?

Thanks.
