Errors on compiling Trigger example Pgsql 6.5.3

I am trying to compile the example from Chapter 13. Triggers from the
PostgreSQL Programmers's Guide.

If I include following header-files:

#include "commands/trigger.h"

I get the following errors:

Is this a common problem ?
