ALLOCATE DESCRIPTOR name
ALLOCATE DESCRIPTOR
allocates a new named SQL descriptor area, which can be used to exchange data between the PostgreSQL server and the host program.
Descriptor areas should be freed after use using the DEALLOCATE DESCRIPTOR
command.
