In my opinion, pgadmin3 is almost stable with win8 and win10. Except the earlier mentioned connection problem. Pgadmin always crashes, when changing the network connection.
That really huge problem... - few SQL windows open and crash :-(
What is important - this is some kind of regression - connection
drop issue was fixed in 1.20.X release.
