I am writing to seek assistance with an issue I encountered while attempting to restore my database backup. Despite following the instructions provided on your website, there seems to be a problem during the restoration process.

To provide more context, I created a backup of a server on my laptop and then transferred the backup file to another laptop in order to upload it onto a different server.

I have attached a screenshot of the error message for reference. I would greatly appreciate any guidance or solutions you can offer regarding this matter.
