Please find attached the latest patch set v72*
Differences from v71* are:
* Rebased to HEAD @ yesterday.
* The Replication protocol version requirement for two-phase message
support is bumped to version 3
* Documentation of protocol messages has be updated for two-phase
messages similar to [1]
