Adding a constraint recurses only for <literal>CHECK</literal> constraints
that are not marked <literal>NO INHERIT</literal>.
This sentence needs to be rephrased to:
Adding a constraint recurses for <literal>CHECK</literal> and
<literal>NOT NULL </literal> constraints
that are not marked <literal>NO INHERIT</literal>.
